Bristol City pitch invasion

Wed Dec 20, 2017 9:56 pm

Bloody hell what a bunch of inbreds, it's like fraggle rock and pride rolled into one. Surely the FA will throw them out of that Mickey Mouse Cup now??

I must be one of the only people who can understand it then?

It’s a massive moment in the history of their club, as it would be for most clubs, to beat the most successful domestic team in the history of English football in a cup quarter-final.

They fully deserved it as well. I would say let them enjoy it.

They’ll now have two extra games in January, so hopefully we’re the ones laughing then

I don’t agree with that either. But most people won’t see the difference between tonight and then, because they like to talk down Millwall fans - probably due to their reputation.

Yes your right and the problem is the police they're hellbent on persecuting football fans even though it's just celebrating historic win! The problem as well is it is a criminal act regardless of reason. Hopefully nothing is done now.

As usual, it’s ‘high spirits’ when it’s Bristol City fans or Welsh rugby fans.

If us Cardiff fans did that after a big win, Mark Viduka would be demanding for us all to be fenced in (I remember his bitter interview after we beat top of the Premiership Leeds) and we would all be branded hooligans who deserve lifetime bans.

Let them celebrate, it's a big moment.

Exactly. Lot of bitter people on here.

If it affects their promotion push all the better but I think that that huge win could give them confidence and a big push rather than having a detrimental effect.

Not bitter, but hope the idiots at the FA don't turn a blind eye to this pitch invasion :old:

Come on any fans would have done the same if their team had beaten utd.

Cant stand the Wurzels but you cant knock the way they took it to utd and the way they're playing in the league, as others said more games for them to play and more chance of them crumbling down the league.

I was laughing at them celebrating like they'd won the cup.
To be fair if I was in the same position and I'd had 8 pints of stella I would've been the same :laughing5: :laughing5:

I'm happy they won.

Two big cup ties for them come January to distract them from the league a bit.

They are playing well and in with a good chance of passing us and Wolves.

Even though I don't like fans running on the pitch even when you gained promotion or had a a win like bristol City did I can understand why it happens we have done it many times but I have always preferred to stay in the stands but I'm not knocking bristol City that was a night like we had against Leeds United one of the the reason why I am against fans running on the pitch is because one that's the players area for me and you are also stopping the players from celebrating the way they want to and to knowledge the fans

Hate them but nothing against them going onto the pitch after beating manure in the cup.
