Why aren't Portsmouth deducted points these season too..?

Because leeds etc were sill in admin and didn;t they try and get put in admin when they were already on the way down, portsmouth are out of admin now so no points deducted

I think leeds left it really late to see if they were down then take the hit, but they were sussed and so the points taken off the following season

Well Leeds, Southampton and Luton all got points deducted the following season too so why not Portsmouth this season then..?

It has something with agreeing a CVA with 75% of the creditors before the season starts.

I don't know the date by which time the CVA must be agreed, so you do raise a good question as to why it hasn't happened as obviously Pompey couldn't have agreed a CVA because they were fighting the HMRC (a main creditor) in court today.

The thing is Portsmouth had agreed a IVA and it was in force, taxman was taking them to court for more money, making them 33% of the creditors if they had won, so the IVA would have been cancelled, it was not an appeal as reported but an attempt to prove that they were owed more money

Cheers Igor I see there was an IVA in force and would have failed if the HMRC had won today resulting in Portsmouth receiving another points deduction.
