Manager not money

I keep reading how it's going to get harder each year to get out of the championship with the increased Parachute payments and money clubs coming down already have in the bank. What a load of bollox. The amount of money being thrown around on average or players who believe they are world beaters after a few premiership appearances is insane.

If you have a good manger then the finances will give you a great chance, but without it then I don't think teams are any better than average no matter what they spend. Hull, Sunderland, Norwich, to name but a few.

It's all about the gaffer not the cheque book
