Yes, Skinheads, braces, Bomber Jackets, Fair Isle vests, turn ups on jeans and DMs. I guess the location is Bristol somewhere but I can't quite make out the name on the commercial building in the background.

Looks like the warehouse you pass on route to Bristol Airport by car. It is still there although I believe these are now business units or flats now.The year 1969, Ben Sherman and Doc's !!!

Was it the 1972 ish clash which held the record of over 130 arrest at a football game for a very long time. It may still hold it actually.

I believe it was the 1974 clash, in the league cup ?
A ban was quickly introduced by the club, no one under 18 allowed unless accompanied by an adult or had a pass which was given by the club.
a few clippings from the news of the day from both games.
mention of a little trouble when in the bristol game at home when the slow handclap started.
someone in a white coat

The picture is definitely from the late sixties, I was there in 74 and everyone had long hair and flared trousers/jeans then, the skinhead look at city games had died off by about 1973 ish. Loads still wore doc martens though until the mid seventies.
