Great support today and Warnock loved it

Really enjoyed it today, great all round performance, playing to our strengths, solid defence, players putting their bodies on the line and running to make every tackle.

For me, MOM was Junior Hoillett, never stopped closing down and looked dangerous every time going forward and of course, got his goal. The back four were outstanding and should also mention Bryson, who was a real nuisance and never let their players get any composure. If I was critical of one player it would be Patterson, first time ive seen him and thought he was off the pace, however, he definitely has the tools to be a good addition to this team.


Didn't think the penalty, was a stone waller, thought that Mangas hand was too close to the body, however, I haven't seen a replay and in fairness to the ref, he was unsighted.
Listened to Radio Notts on the way hone and them whining about us time wasting and the ref not doing enough to prevent it, well he booked two players and added six minutes, so all sour grapes, for me.

Finally, the support today was excellent, two renditions of the national anthem and the ayatollah making a comeback, all the players and staff were over at the end, with Warnock, being egged on by the support to give the fist pump on three occasions.

Loved it

A great day out, where I got to meet City fans from all over the UK. We pretty much sang for 90 minutes, meaning I could hardly talk the next day.

I can’t wait for Friday night!
