Just home after the game.

They bullied us off the ball:

Came with the Warnock plan and stuck to it..
Very organised and disciplined right down to the subs walk off routine..
Out fought us in most areas and put their bodies on the line..
Out thought us and frustrated us.......
Bullied us off the ball in midfield at will....
Took the chances they had (we didn’t)...

It is what it is.....

Some on here will say they were miles ahead of us but the penno should have been given which means their 2nd doesn't happen. It's narrow margins but we cannot allow ourselves to be bullied. We were naive not only in our play but in our setup. Today was not a day for 1 up front (I know, I know it's how we play) but the ball was not sticking up top and changes were needed. They did a good job of taking away our passing game but their dire, time wasting anti-football in the 2nd half was exceeded only by the ineptitude of that sawed-off hobbit of a referee.
BTW, if dogshit like Craig Bryson and Greg Halford get promotion there is no justice in the universe”.

Rubbish. Not saying we will be promoted, but if we are it will be on merit. You don't cheat your way through 46 games during the course of a season. Just another case of fans looking at anything other than the shortcomings of their own team. We are guilty of it ourselves when we lose. Sometimes you have to hold your hands up and say fair play, your team did a number on us today.

Its getting old now, it seems teams are just using this excuse because their team cant match us physically and haven't got the same hunger and desire that our players have got. It annoys me that fans just keep using the same old rubbish excuse that we fouled them or we were lucky when in reality their team are just not as organized and clinical enough up front. But who cares right 2nd in the table

As i was walking back to the car after the match, i heard a lot of the forest fans moaning about their own team rather than blaming us or the ref.

You cant win if you dont score and you cant score if you dont shoot.
How many shots on target did they have?

And if we are cheating every game, how come we are not gettig retrospectively done for it?

Do fans actually believe that every team that plays them should play pretty football so that they have chance to win the game? Because every team we've beaten the fans complain that we don't let them play football blah blah blah ! never mind fact we scored more goals than them and at times play good football?

To be fair it was an absolute cast iron penalty but that's life. The ref couldn't have had any sight of it at all. They also have a point with the time wasting. I hate it but except there's a place for some slowing down of the game even gamesmanship as the game nears the end. But wasting time taking free kicks and goal kicks etc half way through the first half robs everyone of the entertainment they've paid for. The rest of the moans are just bollocks - we gave no more than we got and deserved the comfortable win that we got.

i cant help but laugh though, theres a lot of on here when we lose that say we were cheated against and stuff and now people are saying it about us, our fans are in denial, not saying we are cheating but every teams fans, say it when their teams lose

To be fair, alot of Forest fans were applauding Ward's goal in the Trent End, - the shouters post the drivel.

I love the physicality line.
Ok, we play with 3 centre halfs and two of them are monsters but today our midfields biggest player was Joe Ralls !!!! Damour and Bryson are small. Our left back is small.
Up front we have a sub 6 foot striker with the massive Junior Holiett and the slightly more physical Patterson.

The physicality is the speed to the ball and teams don't like it.
Its the championship and you can't have the complete premier league standard player. So if you want mega passing stats and ball retention then have two Whitts type players in the team but then don't moan that they are shit in contact.

I think the other clubs have made this easier for us. There are so many team playing the "right" way, with highly technical but either undersized or lacking athletic ability that our high energy "physical" approach overpowers their skill. Millwall matched us and it was a shit game because our skill couldn't overcome their power and organisation.

On a side note, Wales vs Ireland !!!!! same scenario and our forum had the same "pathetic" threads

Got to say I'm loving this season well done lads great win also loving the opposition fans sour grapes after the games we ain't done bad for a bunch of cheats,bullies and time wasters they hate us because they ain't us long may our form continue

I hope every team we play says we are cheats, time wasters, cant play nice football and so on until the end of the season.

Time wasting is the one that makes me laugh the most.

Every team tries it when it suites them, it's down to the ref to either add on time or book players; he did both on Saturday so where is the issue ?

We suffer from it too. Millwall was bad but the worst of the lot was Derby at home when they were time wasting from the first minute, and they have a squad on paper that we would die for !!

Teams have had long enough now to work out how we play, surely if we're that bad they can work out how to stop us

Quite frankly the teams we've played recently want to be grateful that we've had 5,6,7 of our top players out. When they all come back it could get pretty interesting (maybe against Hull at home ?) and send out a real message to everyone else.

Yes, it was clear on the Sky Sports News replays and fair do's to the real Forest 'football' supporters who know a good goal when they see one irrespective of who scored it!

Spot on what are we supposed to do email them pre-match and ask is there anything we can do to help you win?

We all get pissed off when our team loses and we have had our fair share of crap referees but the rule of thumb is generally if you have lost it's your fault.

got to just forget about the timewasting stuff.. everyone does it, and it pisses all fans off equally when its not your team doing it.
