1. I've not read about a penalty appeal for Forest but they were denied it. We were lucky that the ref was blind to the incident and the linesman was lining the other half. I don't think anyone in the away section would have argued. The fact we all went that clearly quite should have told the ref it was a penalty.

2. Forest had very little chances up front but they did have a couple of very good ones and thankfully they were very poor up there.

3. Now I have the worse bits out the way we richly deserved to go in the lead and the second goal was specially sweet as it was the next attack after the penalty decision. 2-0 at halt time no one could have argued against it even though we had a bit of luck with the penalty decision.

4. Second half Forest had to go for it and did. Our defence showed this half why they are the best in this division. Forest only had one chance which they fluffed. Etheridge although had little to do made a few safe decisions like palming the ball away to safety from a dangerous cross.

Solid performance. Slowly but surely we are showing we just might take an auto spot

On the penalty not being given, we should have had one home against Millwall, but that's football some weeks the decisions go your way other weeks they don't

We be just got back toGwynedd! Thank God it was pay on the Gate. Great effort from all the team. And the fans really got behind them in the library! They all got stuck in and ran their socks off. APART from Fred who jogged around a bit for 10 mins.
Just a quick word for one of the unsung City players......Loic Damour. I thought he worked tirelessly in the midfield (with the others) and has some fine touches going forward as well as closing down and breaking up play. A real team player who will always do a job for Warnock.
By the way I listened a bit to Notts radio while stuck in traffic. They blamed the early booking, the slowness of the substitutions and,(I kid you not), the s!owness of their own ball boys!!!

One other thing.....that was never a penalty.....Manga was only a couple of yards from the ball, his arm was by his side----for me never intentional.

Where did Damour play ? obviously midfield but was ralls holding or Loic ?
I assume Bryson was further forward as he is mentioned on MoM thread and thats his real position.

I would have said he was a good 5 - 6 yards away. His hand was least 18" out form his side. It was definitely a penalty but that's life and the Forest fans need to get over it. We were very good all over the pitch but Ralls in particular had a brilliant game.

Bryson was brilliant once again. Chased everything just likr at barnsley. Loic too had some great moments. As team workrate goes.first class... although yet again freddy either is extremely slow or does not work enough...5 mins gane time should be sprinting to chase the ball

On sky's ref watch this morning there was at least 5 similar incidents and not one was given & Gallagher agree on all.
