My concern about managers blaming refs and continuing to highlight same things sll the time is refs will start take notice and we will suffer as a consequence with wring decision's.

I don't think that will happen Allan. It's the done thing to have a go at the opposition tactics and the ref when you lose a game. Happens all the time, just read this forum when we fail to win. Warnock has certainly done it in the past so i doubt if refs pay much attention to the sort of comments.
On the plus side, nice to see a healthy gap appearing between us and the 7th placed side. Gives us a bit of leeway if we have a bit of a bad spell, which to be fair most teams have at some stage during the season.
