It takes a great manager a skillfull manger a manger with passion and determination to build another side .quiet a few players have had there day and know its time to replace them .chris Coleman took the Welsh at a bad time after the death of gary speed it didn't start off to well for him but the best decision he made was to do things his way a decison that was right for him and the Welsh team to be honest the players where there for him as quit a few came through ranks and he was able to build on that .but has chris Coleman the Welsh fa know got the skills to build another for the next major qualifiers the next european championship the euros have gone know maybe the World Cup qualifiers came to soon after france because everybody was still on a high but good sides always go again .but I understand you don't get a lot of time in these jobs I'm sure chris Coleman must know whose coming through ranks players wise but maybe it's time perhaps bring in knew coaching staff with fresh ideas maybe that might be something to think about .im not having a go at chris Coleman I'm just asking the question has he got what it takes to go again and this time build a team right from the start as I said earlier he took over Wales at a bad time this could be a completely fresh start for him I understand this the Welsh job isn't easy but what I am going to say to chris and all the fans the euros have gone we had our time there know lets move on and get to the next championship we been invited to play a tourmeant in China on the back of the euros because they think we are an attractive country to watch after what they saw in the euros so if we want to be playing in these tourmeants we got to get our house in order soon

Wales have always relied on a number of high profile players to stand a chance of getting anywhere.
In the 1990s it was Rush, Hughes and Southall. Today we rely on Bale, Ramsey and Joe Allen. Take those type of players away and we are not a lot if the truth be known. Between now and the 90s we have only had the likes of Giggs and Bellamy. That simple was not enough and is why we got nowhere.
There is a lot to talk about the youngsters coming through such as Woodburn and Brookes. Well we are going to have to wait and see if they become names we are hoping they will become. Fortunately for them the likes of Bale and Ramsey will be around for a while and hopefully when their times comes up the young ones will be ready to step in.

Every Welsh manager I can think of over the last 40 Odd years have been "building" a new team, and always after a failure to qualify for a major competition. Most had limited success, and all, with the exception of CC, failed, although we must not forget Mike Smiths achievements in 1976.
I think the basic and simple answer is yes he will, simply because he has too. Although I personally have my doubts he will still be a Wales manager by next January.

One thing Wales have never had is a squad full off great players can you imagine say having toshack Rush hartson hughes Saunders all in one squad then the same with full backs goalkeepers midfield players wingers england always have an abundance of players and strength in depth but I do admit not so much know .wales have had many great players in our time and before I was born but all in diffrent genrations

International football is a about margins and we don't have an above average manager to push it in our favour.
Terry Yorath was a journeyman manager who devised a system to nearly get us to the world cup, but we failed.
Colemans Wales got through to the largest ever Euro's but failed to get to the world cup with one uber mega star even though we were seeded number one, so had everything in our favour.
We need fresh ideas and tactics. Maybe its time for Bellamy. International football is different and i think youth is key.

the reality is that we got the euros because of the brilliance of bale, and to a lesser extent ramsey and williams. coleman set up the defence and let bale score the goals. personally, i don't think the young players coming through will ever be a bale, giggs or ramsey. these are elite players that have the capability to drag very average teams to great heights, and that applies whoever happens to be managing the team.
so the short answer for me is no. the team risks regressing and becoming stale if coleman continues IMO. the key to the future is not whether coleman stays, but whether bale and ramsey can maintain their high standards. if they do, we've got a chance.

very difficult to be tactical with a very small squad that you have no flexibility with { cant sign players }
and more often than not an abundance of very good attacking players but short elsewhere..
the tactics employed by Coleman have been largely dictated by who is available to him..just like all other Wales managers..
