' NEIL WARNOCK TODAY UPDATES BELOW CARDIFF CITY FANS '
Here are the key talking points from Neil Warnock’s press conference.
Aron Gunnarsson and Kenneth Zohore have completed light training sessions yesterday, and could return at Ashton Gate.
Warnock admits he was disappointed with the crowds for the home games against Millwall and Ipswich but expects the fans to enjoy themselves tomorrow.
The Cardiff boss admitted it was tough to persuade the club’s hierarchy to sign Omar Bogle, but added that the striker’s progress has been impressive since he moved to South Wales.

Team news update
"We’re training after this press conference so I don’t know. Kenneth Zohore and Aron Gunnarsson were going to do some work, they both trained lightweight yesterday, so let’s see what happens."
"Gunnars knows what he’s like and Ken is a bit different. His pain threshold is a bit less than Gunnars. Bennett’s out but the good news is everyone should be back by the end of this break, including Kadeem. He’s a couple of weeks away. We’re optimistic that we’ll have a good bill of health.”
Lee Tomlin pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 80 hours community service and fined.
Neil Warnock on Tomlin's court sentence:
'It has just emerged that Lee Tomlin has been sentenced to 80 hours of community service for his role in a nightclub brawl that happened before the playmaker joined the Bluebirds."
Neil Warnock:
"I always look forward to Bristol City. I always get such a warm welcome at Ashton Gate, which is a lovely ground. It's strange really because we're second in the league and I think we'll be underdogs given the way they're playing and the team they beat - Fulham - and they've beaten Premier League clubs to get Man United in the next round of the cup."
"I quite like the challenge of going there and trying to come away with a result."
Warnock responds to Leroy Rosenior's comments
Neil Warnock:
"I wouldn’t use the word as nice as ‘detest’ to be honest. "
"I’ll take that as a compliment really, if that’s all they do! But we do have a good laugh. I’ve only been upset with them once after a few thick yobbos had a go after a playoff semi final coming off the pitch. I don’t mind general flak, that goes with the job really. I enjoy that part.”
Warnock on the need for cool heads in the derby
"I do ask our fans to behave themselves"
NEIL WARNOCK ASKED VINCENT TAN:
"When I asked Vincent Tan and the board about Bogle, it was hard to explain that he’s probably going to be third choice, and it was a bit of an investment."
