City go second in the Championship


Lee Tomlin, Omar Bogle and Calum Paterson all started tonight and were all outstanding.

Junior Hoilett was Superb tonight.

Cardiff deserved their first-half lead and should of scored a couple more goals.

Junior Hoilett scored on the 12th min for City

Neil Warnock will have been disappointed about the fact Cardiff had not extended their lead.

There was some really sharp attacking play from the Bluebirds ,


Bogle worked superbly in his first league start and there wss good signs from Tomlin.There was a few times where Ipswich did threaten.

City deserved their 1-0 lead


SECOND/ HALF

straight from the kick off some beautiful football by City, resulting in Omar Bogle scoring his first goal for City 2-0

City dominated the second-half.

In the 66th min, Lee Tomlin went off to a standing ovation, he was replaced by Loic Damour.

90th min consolation goal by Ipswich, but Danny Ward increased lead to 3-1 in 92nd min
