Just back from the match, great result should have been 5 or 6 but will take 3-1.

Big Big game on Saturday more pressure on them than us.

Great to bounce back after a stinker against Millwall. Shows we have a good squad and a manager that certainly knows what he is doing. :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

I can not wait for Saturday!

What a game, not far from a perfect balance for me - I’d just move Bamba back to Def! For his energy, commitment and tackling his passing is shocking!

Manga first half turn was as cool as you like, and Ralls block was emence - not a Ralls fan but he dug us out there fantastic block!
The defence was solid, Peltiers passing was a little off but defensively the 4 were decent.
Etheridge had an awful clearance but team worked together to snuff out any threat. Other than that and little more he could do about the goal he didn’t have a lot to do.

Hoillet was a menace and Mendes Laing a constant headache (only thing that gripes me is his silly back heels or tap passes) Tomlin was exactly what we needed as a creative influence in the team, crowd loved him, seemed to have a chant going too.

But Bogle for me was good, we’ve needed that movement up top for a while now, he’d make a great partner for Zohore and it also seemed to motivate Ward, he was excellent and took chances we seldom take. Don’t get me wrong he wasn’t perfect but very happy surprise!

Gounogbe on bench to!!

Ward should have had two but took his goal well after good work from ML.
