Why on earth would he want to go to Everton they are going down.

I think it would be a bad move for him . He would end up in the championship within 2 years. Everton would soon go for a bigger name after dyche keeps them up this year.
He is better off staying at burnley and continue building them towards europa league places

Saying that let him go maybe then he will be available for us when warnock calls it a day . Would be perfect replacement

Money talks though.

Dyche would be foolish to leave Burnley, he's crafted a team of average players who play for the shirt and work their socks off for him, they're hard to break down and decent on the break.

Everton are interested in Sean Dyche becoming their new manager, according to Sky sources.

However, another source has told Sky Sports News that any approach for Dyche is not imminent, with caretaker boss David Unsworth expected to be in charge for the upcoming matches against Lyon and Watford.

Ronald Koeman was dismissed from his post last Monday after Everton's 5-2 defeat by Arsenal left them in the Premier League relegation zone.
