Honestly I don't get why Warnock keeps playing Peltier at WB as he was awful going forward today, would rather we play with a back 4 instead. Thought Warnock got it wrong playing with 3 CB's, and playing Peltier out of position. Should have started Tomlin and gone with a 4-2-3-1 as we had no creativity or imagination in that last third Basically I thought our formation was to negative and if we want to achieve promotion these are the games we need to be winning but unfortunately as I mentioned in another post we seem to play well against the big teams who open up against us but cant break teams like Millwall down.

i agree even the players looked reluctant to pass the ball to him in advanced positions. He is a no nonsense full back.
The 3 CB's appeared to get in each others way far too often for that to be a formation to work at home.

Should have a collar round his neck that prevents him going over the halfway line!
Have great respect for Warnock but not sure in what universe he thinks Peltier offers anything other than being an average defender.
Wherever his strengths lie they are certainly not in any type of attacking role.

A good solid defender but passing is woeful. Having said that Bruno and Sol could have cost us today

If we are to play 3 at the back then put Peltier or better still Connelly in, who can bring the ball out and talk.
Manga doesn't communicate and Bamba is so desperate to attack every ball they are a disaster waiting to happen.
It was awful to watch

Completely agree. Back three wasn't needed today with the limited threat that Millwall posed. Several times they got in each other's way and almost cost us. I would stick with Bamba and Morrison as they are more of a partnership. We should have a diffent set up at home, especially for those reams that you know are going to park the bus. We need to move the ball more quickly and try to get more rhythm. I would go back to having Gunnar sitting just in front of the back two with the team we started with against Villa, with the exception of Patterson for Pelts.

I prefer Jazz, I found Bennett wanting and trying to scramble back then end up out of position today too, Jazz and Paterson would be a sight but it means or back line and deeplying M need to be vigilant and hold their ground

Despite what a number of fans have said about him we haven’t look ed as threatening since Jazz got injured.
We’ve got 4 good full backs in different ways (Pelts, Jazz, Bennett and Patterson) but I think if we’ at home it has to be Jazz and Patterson when fit.
