Like I've already said. If we don't get promotion it will not be because of Wolves or Villa or Middlesborough but rather because of Preston and Birmingham and Millwall. In general Warnock can't seem to have a way to beat less glamorous teams who are up for a fight.

A top team must be able to handle all types of teams.

I agree Annis..... in the summer ...we were crying out for a midfielder who could open up defences
he put his faith in Tomlin who hasn t responded..so he s gone with trying to put ball out to the wings to try and create chances..and teams have found us out. tan needs to give him funds in january or i fear this season may pass us by.
one good positive is the best defence in the division ...so far

That s true.... but no goals in open play in last four games..... which is worrying....

I wasn't at the match either, I'm not sure that any signings in Jan will be to bolster the defence ( other than injury cover) likewise the attack, although it's a long ol' season and I'd like the midfield added to but in the meantime Bamba can wreak havoc in midfield on occasion but unless he is super fit it's not poss to do so week in week out. Tomlin for me can be the midfield engine if his head is right but after a recent/ongoing court case it may take him a few run.outs to get it together. Maybe missing a couple of key players today but with wolves dropping points we are still in the front pack. I'm sure Warnock is as frustrated as many fans about not finding the back.of the net today, roll on Tuesday, You are my Cardiff.!

If we don’t go up this season it’s because we are not good enough with no strength in depth.
Ward or Bogle not really good enough,no creativity in midfield and our once banker for goals ‘the set piece’is just not working.
Tomlin came on as sub so for whatever reason he hasn’t been playing (court case,living away,other) he must be given a run of games now.

If fail to get promotion its because dont get enough points in whole season no team can beat every lower ranked team at home! Its a competitive league over 46 games and top two who gets most points go up. Its that simple?

I like tomlin but I feel he may be a luxury we can't afford warnock likes the dogs of war attitude and that's why I feel he will pick ralls every time if fit I think damour gave us a bit more going forwards

Playing 5 defenders at home is not playing to our strengths IMO
Especially when the full backs are not geniunly wing backs
We must go to 4 2 3 1
Time to decide on 2 only of
Morrison , Bamba, and manga
2 holding midfielders and 2 wingers
A number 10 and 1 up front
I would go with

Patterson Morrison Bamba and Bennett
Ralls and Bryson
Holliet Mendez

Agree with this, people see, to think because we got warnock promotion is guaranteed and anything else is a failure.

Tomlin hasn’t justified his place- because Tomlin hasn’t started or played more than 20 minutes.

Haven’t seen enough of either Bogle or Ward because we always play the same XI...

I don’t mean to dig at Warnock he’s top draw but we lack a plan B set up teams know how we’re going to turn up.

He’d needs to pull something different out be it formation or personnel
