That's good to knowI wondered if the millwall away fans are on a bubble and will we be made to do a bubble trip on our trip to the den in Feb. I know it's a long way off but I'm likely to be east of London for that week and was hoping to go direct to the ground myself. If it's a bubble than there would be no point me driving miles out Of my way. Never been to the den so was one on my to do list.
That said - I.l probably arrange it all then....the TV will move the fixture! Lol

Well as it stands the game is on the same day as England v Wales in the egg chasing at Twickenham so trains to London could be interesting if it isn't moved and isn't a bubble!

I respect Leeds fans a lot more as they at least follow their club everywhere and make huge amounts of noise unlike Millwall who fight amongst themselves, attack innocent fans, invade pitches and attack opposite players and are just a nasty club to play against. Small club with thugs who attach themselves with the club and call themselves fans. Don't think there is a rivalry between us and them as you can tell as our fans don't really show up for the games against them like they do for Leeds, Swansea, Bristol, Villa etc. But like most clubs no one likes Millwall so hopefully we smash them. just my opinion anyway.

Know a fair few Millwall fans living and working in London and to whenever I mention i'm Cardiff there's always a bit of mutual respect whereas QPR fans pretty much hate us to a man.
Usually Millwall fans are pretty down to earth lads.

If you don't go looking for trouble you probably won't find it. That said, the way that the new ground is policed and visiting fans controlled with separate walk ways from S. Bermondsey station right to the away turnstiles is a far cry from the Old Den which was a very dangerous and intimidating place to visit. As other posters have already said, amongst the older lads there is a kind of mutual respect.

We once took at least 800 lads to Millwall around about 1999, a police inspector described Cardiff's mob that day as an International mob and only England oiled of competed with it.
Even in night games up there we would take 4 coaches of lads and in 1986 100's of us went up there on the train in the Cup and really shocked Millwall.
Then in recent years all the bubble/ rv matches finished it.

agree in that they have never attracted big crowds here or us there..in fact these games back in the day probably kept a lot away...our opening game of the 1999/ 2000 season swears this up with just about 10k in attendance...but what a 10k
