Season card issues

Apologies if been posted, anybody having very issues? My card hasn't worked once this season, sent me new card same issue. Now sent me paper tickets up until Jan while it's investigated. Not overly bothered, anybody else had issues?

Yea received all paper ones today up until Sunderland game. Bit of a farce TBH after paying for the season ticket you expect it to work. Plus they didn't send me out tickets for Leeds and Derby at home so was stuck in the ticket office Q.

My daughter. Staff member took the card off her at the Derby game, telling her she'd receive a new one in time for Millwall. As of today, new card still not arrived.

Yes there is an issue son needs paper ones until new year! Its an on going problem with the company who supply ST not the club! syntner lounge had problem at beginning of the season.
