Premiership Squads

Anyone else of the opinion that when Premiership teams have to name their squads on Friday, that a load of loan signings will be floating about? Perhaps that is why (along with financial contraints) there doesn't seem to be a lot of movement in the Championship.

Perhaps this is why we are only sorting out this embargo now?
