Its gone down from £1.75m -Burnley, to £1.5m from Forest to £1m now.

Add another 2-4 million to that and you can have him, as they say every player has his price.

In my view we should tie him down to a new contract ASAP as he is top drawer. Ok, he used to be accused of being a bit of an in and out player but I think his overall game improved tremendously last season, particularily the amount of effort he puts into a game. I just think he is going to get better and better and I want to see it in a Bloobirds shirt not any other shirt.
Dont forget he's only 25 and hasn't reached his peak yet.

Sell him and put a sell on clause on him.
