Paying up player contracts the Cardiff city way

I hope when they put together next year's season ticket prices they are as generous. Looks like we a stash of cash put away every season to see player's on their way on a comfortable after life

It is frustrating but what we paid Lambert was probably a drop in the ocean compared to the money he has earned over his career and probably still significantly cheaper than paying his wages for the remainder of his contract :shock: :roll:

it points to a problem with recruitment or overpaying players. probably both. its clear that this is not an efficiently run club in the mould of a southampton or tottenham. we frequently buy dross on too high wages, sack the manager, and then cannot find takers. at the moment warnock has recruited well, but for too long we haven't.

ticket prices are reasonable IMO. between £16, £18 and £23 a game for an adult, depending on where you sit.
