' Crowd today '

I know 18,400 seems abit disappointing and I for one was hoping we'd have over 20,000 but look how our attendances have grown since pre Warnock! Weren't we as low as 11,000 at one point for a league match just over a year ago? People are coming back but it's just going to take some patience and more success. If we continue to stay up around the top 2-3 after Xmas I would have thought our average attendances will be 24-26k. Still there come March - 26+.

The main thing I'd say is that the singing and chanting is abit dull or absent at times. Obviously the canton stand are always noise than anywhere else but it's like as if we've run out of songs and when they are sung it's half heartedly!

I thought it was a good turn out, always hope for more but the attendances are building.

I thought we'd get over 20,000 after Tuesday
Bit peeved off truth be told.
What more do the club / team have to do to get the attendance up.
Very flat today from the supporters, same old songs sung with no passion no wonder the players didn't get going

It's been the same since we got in the stadium even many times when we had around 25k in promotion season it was a library.

Where I agree that the atmosphere changed when moving from Ninian park to CCS I do t think that's the main reason. I remember our first couple of seasons at the CCS and the atmosphere was bouncing at times. Lots of players songs etc. It was fine then but now it's just very poor. It's like as if we don't know what to sing anymore. Sorry to who ever plays them but I'm not keen on the drums either but that's just my opinion.

If the Club are clever they will start touting a guarantee of a season ticket in the Premier League (if we are lucky enough to get there) if you buy a season ticket or half season ticket this year. The longer we stay up near the top the more attractive that sort of offer will look. :bluescarf: :ayatollah:
