Ticket office

Trying to buy tickets over the phone because it's too late to buy them online, but when I ring it's giving me an automated message clearly saying that it opens 3 hours before kick off which as of now is 27 minutes ago! Anyone know if this happens regularly and what time they usually start taking calls?

Probably busy there. You won't have a problem getting them on the day. There's a load of cash only windows as well which rarely have and queues.

Called this morning at 10am. Held in a queue before joining the 'official' queue!
Then waited 20 minutes on hold before a woman answered, only then to put the phone down on me! Feck me I was not amused.
170 miles later I've arrived at the stadium. Ticket office girls were really helpful.
Just glad I got the ticket sorted for my father in law.
