BBC TV licence - why do I bother ???

Wed Sep 27, 2017 6:04 pm

Unfortunately, Could not make it down to the Leeds Game yesterday.

Just finished watching the Wales BBC main news on BBC1 (18.30 - 19.00) _ you guessed it not a mention.

I fully understand that it was a SKY broadcast BUT not even a mention of our Great victory - I suppose I should not be surprised but what the hell ?? - main welsh news, capital city, top of championship = not a mention!

Come on you Blues !!!

What do you expect from a bunch of gog nationalists. None of them are from South Wales, should all f**k off back to Bala.

It happens time and time again they should not only be showing the goals etc but up to date with news, interviews and activity of it's capital city football team,do'nt even bother watching it anymore, just a joke.

Agree with you. This service us run for a small minority of people who either like rugby, or are one of a handful of people who watch football (if that's what it can be called) played in front of 40 or so people in crappy little grounds in N Wales. Unfortunately, unless you want to watch rugby or local parks football based in small villages dotted around Snowdonia, BBC Wales is not for you. It targets a small minority even though we all have to pay for it. The sooner the licence fee is scrapped and they learn to stand on their own feet like everyone else, the better.

fully agree with you.. they like to potray football as 10 blokes and a dog watching a game in Blaenau festiniog. 27k all in the same place watching SECOND TIER FOOTBALL gives them the heebie jeebies and hinders their efforts to brainwash us that quarterly dafodil hat conventions in Cardiff is our national sport...

Can't see how the licence can continue under the guise of it's for BBC when it clearly isn't is it? Not like you can say I don't watch BBC and not buy one which in the current market is a joke. Sky, amazon, Netflix etc offer more and no doubt many more will join in soon. Basically, it's the government charging you a tax to merely own a Tv which is a joke.
