Came across a thread on their forum on our game last night. They really think we will drop like a stone. Some of the posts before the game are laughable, there were a few after who rate us but most still think we’re not up to it. There was one post on Zohore that I think was written by a Cardiff fan. I’ll leave it for you to read but I really laughed at who the poster thinks he’s better than.

i did think last nights game would make everyone sit up and notice and therefore change mind sets, but maybe not..
no matter how much skill and great goals they see from us {and aknowledge }..its like they are seeing but not believing and just revert to calling us a physical bully boy team that cant possibly be a real long term threat...

The problem with clubs like Wolves and their fans is that they think they deserve to win the league already. And if anyone beats them, it’s because they did it by fouling. I spoke to a Shrewsbury fan a few weeks ago and he told me that after they beat Wolves in a pre-season friendly, the Wolves fans were saying exactly what they said about us when we beat them

In fairness to Leeds fans, most seem to be relatively graceful in defeat.

I can agree with your perception of the posters on the wolves board , but they are not all of the same view , I have known a few wolves who have followed them all the way down to division 4 watched them in the 70s hibbitt , berry etc and hated the premier league season , because of the glory hunters . The ones I spoke too recently say Cardiff competed , all be it a tad rough but that's the name of the game , no complaints it was up to wolves to get on the dance floor as well .They are enjoying the style of football they're getting served but they don't know if the team can roll there sleeves up and play in a hale storm at Barnsley as they said they will have to wait and see .
That's the end of the insight of the normal loyal fans views not keyboard moaners .
