Bluebirds agree betting partnership with K8.com


Cardiff City FC is delighted to announce that it has agreed an exclusive betting partnership with K8.com.

The partnership will see K8.com betting booths located around Cardiff City Stadium for fans to have a matchday flutter, as well as great exclusive K8.com odds and promotions for Bluebirds supporters to enjoy.

There will also be many K8.com matchday competitions over the course of this season with the opportunity to win tickets, hospitality and ‘money can’t buy’ Cardiff City experiences.

Cardiff City Executive Director & CEO, Ken Choo, said of the partnership: “We’re delighted to have K8.com on board as our official betting partner for the 2017/18 season.

"I’m sure Cardiff City supporters will enjoy the competitions and ideas that they have lined up for them.”

Luke Gilsenan, K8.com Head of Marketing, added: “We are delighted to become the official betting partner of Cardiff City Football Club.

“With a loyal and passionate fan base and with the drive and ambition for promotion, this partnership will bring fantastic brand awareness for K8.com which is crucial for a new brand like ourselves.

“My aim is to reward Cardiff City fans with some great promotions - so keep your eyes peeled!”

Mike, these people are Belize-based and a major sponsor of Manchester City 8-)

They also shirt sponsor West Brom amongst other sporting links, so it would be interesting to know a figure :thumbright:

The odds on F**k all seem a bit generous!!!

Seriously though it's probably not a huge deal probably a few thousand but at least it's another deal so well done to all involved

Glad they don't have a shirt sponsorship though - I hate seeing gambling, betting and payday loan company logos on shirts :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Over half the Premier League teams have a betting or payday loan shirt sponsor and it's disgusting IMO to advertise that stuff to kids

Chris, I heard we get nothing out of it financially but they came to our club because they thought Chopra still played for us!

Well it's nearly a certainty that they are run from Belize so they pay minimal tax in Europe.

Taking money from many who can't afford it and then keeping all of the cash at the expense of the education and health of those who cannot afford to pay privately.
