DO OR DIE FOR DE BOER?

07/09/17

Frank de Boer has just one more game to save his Crystal Palace job, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The paper reports that talks have been held between De Boer and Palace chairman Steve Parish after the club lost all three of their opening Premier League games of the season without scoring a goal.

TBH he comes across as a bit of an arse and the personality of a stamp so could see writing on wall.

Sky Sports have a new show on every week-night called The Debate. Decent show actually, and Craig Bellamy is a regular on there. They debate all that's going on with Premier League clubs and players - spoke about Ben Woodburn last night amongst other things.

Sam Allardyce was on there last night, and they spoke about Palace. He said he needs to be given time. He took six games to get his first win there, and he's someone who knows the league. Allardyce says De Boer needs time, while Bellamy said you don't get time in that league because the stakes are so high now.

Allardyce also admitted that his job was just to keep them up, but they'll expect a bit more than that from De Boer.

personally i just cant see Parish pulling the trigger yet..he must have known the risks when appointing a manager with completely different football philosophy to their previous manager.
