Cardiff City star Kenneth Zohore handed Bluebirds huge 'I'm staying' boost after Everton showed interest.
Zohore:"I want to stay with Cardiff City and help the boss Neil Warnock take us up,I have no intentions of leaving"
Cardiff City star Kenneth Zohore handed the Bluebirds a huge transfer window boost by pledging his future to the club.
Everton and Brighton were among the clubs who had enquired about Zohore in recent days in a bid to prise him away from South Wales and up into the Premier League.
Kenneth Zohore spoke to Cardiff officials earlier this week to emphasise his desire and ambition to help the Bluebirds win promotion this season.
He reiterated his wish to play under Neil Warnock for at least the remainder of the season to continue his development into one of the Championship's best centre-forwards.
Zohore also feels he owes the Bluebirds something, after they plucked him from little known Belgian club KV Kortrijk and revived his career.
Zohore is the most irreplaceable player at the club and table-topping Cardiff know selling him would have sent out the wrong signals.
They also need a player, though, who is 100 per cent committed to the club and Zohore has given that assurance, despite the ongoing talk of a possible move up into the big time.
Hull have also slapped in a bid in excess of £10million for Cardiff's top scorer last season, but Cardiff will want a figure closer to the £20m mark for their star man.
Boss Warnock is even on record as saying Zohore is worth £30m and will only go to a top 10 Premier League club.
Zohore just wants to focus on scoring the goals that will keep Cardiff at the top of the table in their hunt for promotion this season.
