The original Bristol city kick off time was moved from 3pm to 12 noon, one assumes on police advice as they would prefer an early kick off to prevent fans having too much to drink before the match.
Now however, when Sky want the kick off moved to a Friday evening the police don't seem to have any problem with it, despite the fact that away fans can now spend most of the day getting as pissed as possible, and many fans will be heading into the centre of Bristol after the game to get trains back to Cardiff.![]()
Does Sky pay for the extra policing which will undoubtedly be needed as a result of this ridiculous decision which will mean there is a far greater risk of trouble, before, during and after the game?
