Warnock said similar in his interview.
BUT if you take their form as opposed to their stature as club's, we have nothing to fear.
Fulham are starting to gel so I believe that is the toughest test and could be the end of the run. Leeds is also a tough one.
PNE will be a test of our firepower as they have only conceded one goal but they have also only scored 2.
Sunderland, Sheff W and Derby are big clubs but not really doing well at the moment. Luckily Leeds, Derby & Sheff W are at home.
As for October it's too early to tell for those games but by the end of September we will be over 10 games in and things will have settled down. Boro and Brum may be up where the bookies thought they would be plus Ipswich and Millwall could be further down the league.

Totally agree Wayne big clubs..big games but absolutely nothing to fear

Those clubs will be looking at the fixtures and thinking 'Cardiff coming up. Bloody hell, they don't come much harder than that!'
Sun Aug 27, 2017 9:47 am
They will be thinking the same thing about facing us!
Sun Aug 27, 2017 9:51 am
Visiting defenders will be wearing incontinence pants when they face us.

It's a good time to be playing those "big" club.
Fulham will be the most difficult one as that game is at the Cottage. Leeds I put at the second most difficult but for the rest we will be favourites because none of them are with it atm.

It's a cracking set of fixtures.
The points in the bag take the pressure off, but I'm expecting one hell of a game at Fulham on the 9th and all the fixtures look exciting for September. Leeds, Derby, Sheff Weds.. probably big away followings and should attract decent gates.
Is it too much to hope for 20k plus for each ?

I think all three will be 20k plus. Partly due to the feel good factor, partly because hols are over for some and partly due to the travelling support. If we continue our good form into October I can see our own fan base edging up match by match.
Btw it might be a good time to play PNE with Greg Cunningham out. I note they seem to have a lock solid defence thus far but appear somewhat hit and miss in attack (literally it seems).

No Fear

No 'bigger' club in the Championship than CARDIFF CITY FC at the moment and (thankfully) we have a manager who will keep feet on the ground!
Very clever interview on Channel 5 last night where he took a bit of pressure off his players not getting carried away with our good start, whilst understanding the fans can/should enjoy it whilst it is here!

Certainly is a tough run but still think there are points available in almost every game the way we are playing at the minute.
Fulham - starting to gel could be a first loss and i'd be happy to take a point
Preston - solid defence so far but think we could sneak a win
Wednesday - Tidy side but at home we shouldn't fear anyone and they aren't ripping up trees as yet
Sunderland - Relegation hangover - said at the start of the season I think they'd struggle and think we are certainly capable of taking three points home
Leeds - Biggest test apart from Fulham for me - looking better than I thought they would. Home advantage should give us an edge but equally would be happy with a point.
Derby - See Wednesday
Birmingham - 'Arry is a good motivator and if we are still up at the top he'll pitch this to his players as if they're playing Madrid and they could do us a bit of harm. Point from this is good for me.
Boro - good to get them in early whilst they still take their time to gel, they should be in the top 6 this season for sure. If they haven't come up the table a bit then pressure will be on them for sure. Happy with a point but sneaky feeling we could do a similar job to what we did to Wolves.
Millwall - carbon copy of the QPR match with a bit more swearing. Three points.
Ipswich - will have dropped off the pace a bit by then I reckon. We always seem to either beat Ipswich or they put three on us. Three points.
I reckon we'll pick up somewhere between 15 and 18 points from that lot - which would put us on 30 points after 15 games which will keep our points per game ratio above 2 points per game with a lot easier (on paper) run in November.

agree pretty much with all that ealing apart from your birmingham prediction . brum are on a slippery run and arry has been very critical in the midland press about his team and i mean very critical . never heard a manager speak so openly down trodding his own side before . If they don't pick up a few wins in the next 5 games i can see him walking . west ham may be looking for a new manager too soon and would be a more attractive move for him me thinks
nope i,m going for 3 points at brum
Sun Aug 27, 2017 8:47 pm
I remember a thread pre-season which said we were facing a 'a very tough' first 5 fixtures
Mon Aug 28, 2017 5:05 am
Fulham away - draw, Preston away - draw or maybe a loss, Wednesday Home - win, Sunderland away - win. That's my next four predictions anyways.

Don't think you can predict anything in this league.
Warnock won't play for a draw he'll be set up to win all the games you can see that in the set up.
Dont no how to predict results but at mo we look unstoppable. Lets no get carried away but we are capable of beating all those teams.
Nice to be talking about football and good enjoyable football other than all the shit thats gone on over the years.
We are the team to beat at mo and that feels great.
Mon Aug 28, 2017 9:34 am
I think we will win at least 4 of them!
Mon Aug 28, 2017 10:01 am
No easy fixtures in this league and all power to NW and the squad for a positive and consistent start.
On a separate note, f your ever in need of a laugh this season, pop over to the Wolves forum. It is a thing of beauty.

My only concern is the international break, I hope it does not mess up our momentum!!

Ah fair play Mozz hadn't picked up on that

We just have to take i game at a time and keep doing what we have done so far, the way we are playing most teams will be fearing us

I agree, can't predict more than a game or two which is why it's such an exciting competition. Every week you can look at the fixtures and think, didn't see that result. Keep working keep playing and see where we are after 10. Defeats will happen in championship.
