Ifollow Anybody had issues?

I'm based in Channel Islands and bought a season pass
and watched 1st 4 games no problems.
Then midweek it was saying I didn't have a premium account, spent 2 hrs last night trying to sort it to no avail. They came to the conclusion it was my ipaddress and offered me a full refund ( same has happened to my Bury mate here )

I turned down the refund and tried with a vpn and ended up buying the match pass, Jersey was on the list of international places included in ifollow yet the customer service was very poor.

Funny how you have to go gangsta and do it the sketchy way when it should be all legal.

Anyhow I got the game but wondered if anyone else had encountered any problems or found their help team of any use?
