Snodgrass is 29, hardly past it. The Villa squad can easily cope with a 46 game season, there are 2 players for every position, all able to play at decent championship level.

It was right to leave out the best forward, given that his replacement was man of the match last week. I agree that there is a doubt that Bruce is the right man for the job - The team look ordinary in almost every game they play.

Well he certainly going for experience but it appeared that they started the game defensively and were over run until he made substitute and altered formation ? No doubt be at top end come may but don't think top 2.
