I thought JJ's interview very Interesting. What I do remember though, being at one of his pre "new stadium meetings" was that the Club wanted fans to arrive "early" and leave "late"???
What soon transpired was that he was referring to the Corporate Class of membership, not the likes of Canton/Ninian.

JULIAN JENKINS CONFERENCE VIDEO: CARDIFF CITY FC

28th January 2016

Fanalyse CEO and CO-Founder Julian Jenkins featured on day four of our virtual conference by talking about the work undertaken during his time at Cardiff City Football Club. Feature points were made of the amazing journey from a team that was averaging crowds of 12,000 in 2002, with a reputation of being one of the top teams for football hooliganism. Through hard work and collaboration, the Bluebirds became a team averaging 27,400 with a waiting list of nearly 5,000 in 2014.

The club also won many national and international awards for their work, culminating in the only club in the Football League to win two Family Club of The Year awards. In his Fanalyse presentation, Julian talks about the strategy behind the rise and what Cardiff did as a club to turn some of the disadvantages it had into its true strength in 2014 – the Fans.

Listen now to a truly remarkable story that shows the power of fan engagement and fan experience as a catalyst for change.

Is it the shape of the stadium? I'm on level 4 and the sound is different from there compared to the ninian stand where i was couple of years ago! Having said that last 2 games nothing wrong with it so guess lack of success effects crowds enthusiasm for games.

Nothing wrong with the stadium, it's been rocking a number of times over the years. It's just our fans prefer to sit back and watch these days, the atmosphere started to decline rapidly in the last few years at Ninian Park in my opinion.
