I was told this on Wednesday by a Stoke City fan who has caravan near mine and that Ronnie Jepson is a friend. Would be a great signing in the middle but NW said he was looking for someone for £2k a week???

Karl, I'm not 100% on this one, as I'm out and about but it was sent to me by a trusted source. It's ironic that you mention Ronnie Jepson because this guy is close to the 'other' City coach alongside Neil Warnock!

Not seen anything on Sky Sport myself as yet, so there may be no deal done as yet (hence the question marks) but the guy was adamant and he has an excellent track record. I wouldn't have put it out there if I didn't think there was something in it; particularly after admonishing 'harold pinta' for the Robert Snodgrass thread

To be fair, I was sent the information whilst out and thought it kosher enough to put it out there because of the source. The message said it was about to be reported on Sky sports but (like others) I've seen nothing to this point to confirm and is why I ended the thread title with a question mark

Chris, the bloke up here told me on Wednesday apparently as I've said he wants to do his coaching badges?? Maybe at the Welsh FA one?

I just laughed it off but he was quite serious and said he wanted to play more, which he won't at Stoke.

Who knows at least all this stuff ends next Thursday at 11pm.

Maybe they meant he's on his way to Cardiff to take part in Pride Cymru tomorrow
