CARDIFF v QPRA match where the 3 points could go either way. But as a Bluebirds fan myself, I bet the win looks more likely for Cardiff than QPR, so here are some talking points you might think about going into this crunch match.
TALKING POINTSSTEVEN CAULKER RETURNS TO THE CARDIFF CITY STADIUM:
Steven Caulker is the man who everyone thought flopped at Cardiff; but let's not forget he won us the match in the Premier League against Swansea at home, so he is a key factor for QPR and I have no doubt he will try his best to stop Zohore from scoring. QPR have been busy in the Transfer Window and some new signings could start and that could be the difference for QPR.
MOMENTUM IS KEY:
Momentum is key in the Cardiff City Stadium. So far, the Bluebirds are unbeaten in the EFL Championship and are looking strong to take 3 points from QPR this weekend and with Mendez-Lang and Zohore on fire, so maybe someone like Kennedy or Tomlin could surprise us all by scoring a goal or two and that could kick off their season. The Bluebirds are looking solid in attack, midfield, defence and goalkeeper, so they are looking good for the start of the 2017/18 EFL Championship Season.
BIDS ARE FLYING IN:
There is no doubt that star striker for the Bluebirds is Kenneth Zohore and he has got nearly every club in the Championship and some newly Promoted sides in the Premier League interested. If this continues, would the Bluebirds consider selling or will they expect no more players to leave? If the Goals are flying in from Zohore and/or indeed Mendez-Lang you can expect Zohore to be the hot transfer prospect for next season.
COXE TO RETURN TO FIRST TEAM:
In the cup it was a massive disappointing result, knowing that we could of had Manchester United, BUT when the Bluebirds struggled there was one player that was consistant on the pitch and that was youngster Coxe who played in the role of Jazz Richards and of course impressed some in the Stadium. He could well be involved as a possible impact type player from the subs bench or even as a first team player.[/b]
