Stadium car park pass

Because of my health issues I am thinking of getting a car park pass at the stadium.
Anybody know how much they are and what are the pitfalls.
I assume you are stewarded in then is it a bun fight getting out?

If you're not in a rush to get home after the game then it's great. If you hate being gridlocked for 35/40 mins then it's not for you.

I've asked the club via email and Social Media and they haven't bothered to reply. You'd think they'd want the money.
