Cardiff City Gold Membership Card

Anyone having same problem as myself purchased the new card on July 22 nd still haven t received it rang them 4 times keep saying they are processing them ???? also emailed and not got any response back either
just find it bizzare

Went in ticket office monday, they said would be sent out next week once season tickets completed.

The positive is they have you on record, so you won't lose out!

If you were a previous member last year that is but if you are a brand new member or have asked for a new card they haven't come out yet. I asked a couple of weeks ago about it and they said they will be sent as soon as the season tickets have all been sent out which was almost done. So should be anytime now!
