Anthony Pilkington!!!

This guy has to be the most infuriating player I have watched at Cardiff for many years.

You can see he has great technical ability but over the last 2/3 years the guy has spent 90% of that time being anonymous in games and the other 10% still being anonymous but getting the odd worldy.

I'm not sure if he's not trying in games or just doesn't care or what, but I'm sick of seeing that guy pick up 20k - 25k a week and contribute to nothing. Mendez Laing came on against Portsmouth and is probably on half those wages and did more in 75 mins than Pilkington has done in 2 years. I'm glad Warnock took him off at half time and hopefully that spells the end of his Cardiff career. I don't mind if players are not playing well or are not good enough but at least put in some effort and try your best which is why I respect a player like Craig Noone far more, as he at least gives his all and you can see he cares. Pilkington out.

It's a strange one, the guy has talent, you could see that about 5 seasons ago for Norwich in the Prem when he was tearing apart the likes of Utd and Arsenal, he scored a couple of wonders that season but since he's been with us, he's gone backwards tenfold and seems happy to pick up his large wages without a care in the world, he's obviously disillusioned down here and doesn't look like he gives a f*** so a move away to restart his career is a must for me, we could save a lot on his wages and bring in a player twice as good for less wages than he's on.

I think he's quite comfortable to pick up his wages and not break sweat and sit on the bench, and run his contract down. He thinks he's better than he is , and living on past glories, remember the altercation between him and Joe Ralls who was too take a penalty, in one of the games last season. Hopefully he'll be gone soon.

Talented player, but awful last night. I think he wants regular football and I don't blame him. With hungry players like Mendez and Ward arriving his chances with us are increasingly limited. Kennedy is ahead of him as well.

I agree - was at that match, and his behaviour was a disgrace. Never felt so antagonistic towards one of our own before, even Jay sitting on his arse waving his arms around wouldn't annoy me as much as this boy. It's all about him I'm afraid.

I don't think he or Warnock know where to play him, he's obviously got talent but it's like trying to fit a square peg in a circular hole!

I'd like him to stay but I can't see him fitting in
