He looked good but came on midway through a second half - I'll reserve judgement for a start against a decent championship opponent- but great goal and so far so good

Yes that will be the test...he's not proved himself yet...but the signs are good and I was impressed with him tonight

I only went to one preseason Wez, the Livi game and he stood out immediately. He was my motm on Saturday and is again tonight. There is some talent in that team and NW has them linking up well. Villa will be interesting but I think once we have 6;league games under our belt we will gel. Good to see NW also believes and will implement strength in depth and also fancies a cup run.

Agree I think we are more balanced team with laing and holiet on the wings Tomlin will come good as well some of his passing was excellent tonight you can see hes got something about him
