Cardiff City Lotto

Paid for a years ticket in both draws ( wed and sat ) and won £48 on 1st draw, anyone else have any luck?
Rather buy this lotto ticket instead of national which I can't do as I live overseas plus a percentage goes to our academy so win win.

Opened an account put some money in.
Never heard any more till last night when I tried to access my account to see if I had won.
Could not get in to it so thinking I had put my password in wrong tried to get it reset, only to be told they had frozen my account as they wanted my driving license or passport as proof of my age.
What a lot of cobblers, did not see any of that when I opened my account.
I have had no emails telling me that I had created an account or there was a problem and they needed verification of my details.
I have asked for a refund and for them to close my account, typical city....

What if my numbers had come up last weekend....perhaps they did and I cannot get in to see.....

How do you go about buying a years ticket? How much? Ta!

I had confirmation emails on opening an account, I then had an email saying I need to scan ID and send it to them ( standard for a lot of betting online ) I had confirmation they'd received ID followed by confirmation of win. Went swimmingly smooth for myself.
Think it was £156 for one line for both draws for a year
