Ifollow

Can anyone help, I have just downloaded the app to my desktop, and it has said installed, but I cannot find the app anywhere ??

PS do I need the app if I am on my desktop using windows, how does this all work, can I just register pay, and then there will be a window appear so i can just click on the match, Please help

In the Cardiff app, you go to Ifollow register which is straight forward, once you've done that successfully the next time you go to ifollow there's a live match option. Click on aslong as your signed in and hey presto

Go into your 'downloads' folder. Everything you've downloaded will be listed. Find your Ifollow app, right click, create shortcut to desktop and you should see an icon appear on your home page.

Remeber if your in the UK and you want to watch the game you need to add a VPN to your pc and activate it before you open the app.

Have you gone into programmes and see if it's there if so del and try reinstalling

I am in Thailand and paid for the service in July.

I also cannot get the live match. It is still subsribe

Last hope is the club then maybe they've heared off similar problems ? I hate pc's apps never use them prefer separate downloading

I have just had a message fromifollow that the watch game in put on until 30 minutes before the game.

Been up for 3 hours now trying to get everything downloaded to my phone & ipad, eventually succeeded I think but will know more once the game is on. Had a real hard time finding the Cardiff City app in the app store as it wouldn't appear there so went to it via the city website eventually. First game of the season and a largely untested app so I'm hoping it all works.

Just downloaded app on fone no problem! Get feeling you've done something wrong or there was a glitch downloading? Think you need some expert help as if it's saying already downloaded it's there somewhere! Only other thing is if you can reset desktop to an earlier date/restore that should del app

Just asked tech in Currys says put name in search bar that should find it on machine! (If desk top) right click and add to task bar? If that fails need to get 1-2-1 expert help just happen to be in st David's centre

In app there is place to sign up to ifellow so yes think you've done it backwards hence problem. Guess best thing now is contact people who administer ifellow see what they say

Could you watch the game live if you use a proxy server in a different country?

I'm in Australia and I have paid for ifollow and I can't find a live feed at all. Help!

No need for the app, i have just gone into ccfc site clicked on mtcday and it offered the choice od=f listen live or watch live, so i am watching now, but very poor qaulity, may be because i am getting very slow download speed as I am using wifi and am a fair way rom the router, thanks to everyone for trying to help

Mines be good so far few jumps now and again nothing major no commentary can just hear the fans

Quality not that good, like watching sports devil, BUT, that could be down to a very slow download speed as my broadband fibre has gone kaput so i and using by mobile phone as a hotspot

I can't even log in.

Quality is fine on the laptop and clear as day on phone & ipad although they're about 10-20 seconds behind the live feed on the laptop. Thought I would give them all a try for when I'm traveling/working.
