sounds a very good idea especially for fans living a distance away who can not do every game, but if an extra trip to exchange the voucher for a ticket is involved it will be pointless unless you live by or pass the stadium often.

great idea if all our fans lived within a couple of miles of the ground, unfortunately my son who i was inquiring for lives 25 miles away..so making 2 trips for each game wipes out any saving.

Great idea but this 24 hour rule will prob take alot of exiles out of the picture. I can't see why you can't ring up, quote a unique number that could be given with your voucher book and arrange collection on the day. That would be a good way of ensuring people don't have to make unnecessary or impossible trips!

Hmmm not very good for me, I am back for 5 home games before Xmas , starting with QPR home, I will just buy them in advance

yes or even send out six blank tickets with a unique number that can be activated by ringing.
im quite peed off about tbh..not for myself but for the club as im sure many would take up the offer if it had been given a bit of thought.

Logic would say that a card could be issued or maybe even previously used season tickets could be loaded via computer. Easy all round and with a bit of consideration fir the fans they are so positively trying to attract

not what i was told by ticket office..or what is on the website. they are sending out a book of vouchers..not tickets..and they need exchanging for each game....i was told. its the only way the club can keep track of how many will attend ????. i did think its 2017 not 1975 but didnt bother saying it.
hope they change it.
they could use anyone of the sugestions on here easily is my view and gain suport.

well that is slightly better.
i still think the club are missing a trick here, having come up with a very good original idea..

got a flexi ticket today and the word on the street they are proving popular and villa tickets are also selling very well so they said in the ticket office . they give you a booklet which you must take down at least 90 minutes before kick off to swap for a ticket . got villa and qpr tickets whilst down here . had to cue down the ticket office too around dinner time
