sounds a very good idea especially for fans living a distance away who can not do every game, but if an extra trip to exchange the voucher for a ticket is involved it will be pointless unless you live by or pass the stadium often.

I read this as you have to go into the ticket office

great idea if all our fans lived within a couple of miles of the ground, unfortunately my son who i was inquiring for lives 25 miles away..so making 2 trips for each game wipes out any saving.

Great idea but this 24 hour rule will prob take alot of exiles out of the picture. I can't see why you can't ring up, quote a unique number that could be given with your voucher book and arrange collection on the day. That would be a good way of ensuring people don't have to make unnecessary or impossible trips!

I'm sure he said you have to give the club 24 hours that you are attending a game. Your voucher number will be "stamped" on the main database for the game. Therefore you can go straight to the turnstile.
This can be done over the phone.
