Neil Warnock on Vincent Tan and the Cardiff hierarchy
04/08/17
Neil Warnock:
"He’s been quiet really, just pleased we’ve been ticking on. We haven’t spent a fortune."
"They’ve supported with what I can get. Every manager wants one or two more but I’ve not gone to them and asked for another player. We’ll see when the season gets underway."
"The Championship is probably the most competitive league in the world, the bookies have got us down there which you can understand with what we’ve spent."
"But I’m happy, everybody’s together, Vincent Tan and Ken Choo, and Mehmet and fans have been great. We have to give it our best shot really. My head says we should be in the bottom half and mid-table would be a reasonable season but my heart wants more than that, that’s our objective, you have to aim for the top in any walk of life. I don’t see any reason we shouldn’t try and aim higher than mid-table."
