Harrow Borough held Cardiff City's Under-23 side to a draw at Earlsmead on Saturday, as they continued their strong pre-season with another unbeaten game, also Cardiff including a number of first-team players among their rank.
They were pegged back to a 2-2 draw by a last-minute Declan John free-kick, having gone two goals ahead before half-time through Will Turl and Bajram Pashaj.
The game had been organised on the back of Ibrahim Meite's transfer to the Bluebirds in January.
Curtis Ujah's header allowed Turl a run on goal to slot home the opener, and Pashaj struck a fine free-kick to give them a what looked like it would be a comfortable lead at the break.
But Cardiff, including a number of first-team players among their ranks, regrouped and Mark Harris pulled a goal back just prior to half-time.
Harrow hung on to their slender advantage after the interval, only for another blow late in the half when Declan John levelled up in the final minute with another well-struck set piece.
