Usually listen to Talksport on way home from work most evenings around 6.30 / 7, its a great show, but the adverts do my head in, so many of them but their guests are class, enjoyable listening.

Simon Jordon loves Warnock and said so in his excellent book which is well worth a read. In fact I remember a story from it where Warnock (when manager at Crystal Palace) went to SJ (who was Chairman) and said "Do you think I'm still the best manager in the Championship?"

SJ said "Yes of course I do" Warnock replied "If that's the case then how come Dave Jones @ Cardiff is earning £800kpa when I'm on a lot less than that?"

SJ said "OK you have done me there you'll get a pay rise"

3 or 4 leaders in the team is what we have been sadly lacking over the last few years...Samba, Gunnerson, Morrison, Peltier and apparently Ward and Camp are no shrinking violets either

I remember being @ a questions & answers session around the time we were facing a High Court winding up order for non payment of tax (late 2009ish). Someone asked Ridsdale how much he earned. PR answered £350,000pa and then added "I'm worth every penny"

Obviously PR is totally deluded but you have to admire his front as he took all the stick and actually left after a loud round of applause!

It is astonishing what we fans are prepared to put up with.
