More to the point what about Griffin Park - cracking little stadium with a decent boozer on every corner which are all Fullers just around the corner from the brewery so all do a very decent pint. :occasion5:

QPR, Burton and Brentford may not have the best facilities for the prawn sandwich brigade but I prefer these to some of the identikit stadiums stuck in the middle of nowhere. Burton may be a bit out of the way with no pubs around but it has terraces and the bar in the away end is not bad. More people in there than on the terraces in tne second half last year in Trollopes last game!

Spot on. A great ground that will be missed when they move.

Both grounds have a great atmosphere and it's great to be close to the action, however in the upper tiers those of slightly larger proportions who like to sit down, seem to find it a bit of a squeeze.

I was joking. i think it's a vile ground with horrid fans.....although I've probably been to it more than any other ground lol. it's still disgusting though.

That's fair enough. I was more referring to the character of a stadium and I much prefer the old ones. Worst for me is the Madejski and is the most bland design "modern" stadium, both inside and out. There appears that no thought went into the design and build so it immediately feels cheap and nasty. The modern one that did surprise is MK Dons, it was designed by the folks that did the Emirates and it shows. Only been there once and we got beat!

I'd put 3 to 7 as the bottom five grounds for zero atmosphere at identikit stadiums :bluebird:
