Pep Guardiola is facing a defining season. So far in his management career he has been given decent teams to start with and everything else followed suit at Barcelona and B. Munich.
However, the PL is a different animal to anything else in Europe simply because it is so competitive. PG needs to totally rebuild Man City and you get the feeling some players might be losing faith in him specially as Dani Alves went to PSG hence the £50m paid for Walker.
If PG doesn't pull his finger out this season I can see him getting his first sacking.

Alves went to psg simply because they offered double the wages as to what man city offered
