If warnock finds a formation hes happy with to play 2 strikers, zohore and saadi up front together could be absoloutely deadly in the championship this season imo..
If saadi takes his chance and shows the promise and form he showed when he came on for us briefly before and the form from last season in belgium he could be like a very good new signing, zohore could have a massive season imo.. opinions?

Agreed - think they potentially have the attributes to be an awesome partnership. Here's hoping Saadi impresses and takes his chance

I got the feeling he will. Saadi looked a lot better at first than zohore, if warnock can do what he did with zohore with saadi then we could have hell of a player again

I genuinely feel he could be the difference and if he's inspired and plays to potential he could very easily be the player of the league and maybe replicate the talismanic qualities of Knockhart while Brighton were in the championship

proper dont get how many hopes are being pinned on 20 minutes of football and 3 touches of the ball { not the best touches ive ever seen either }.
id like him to turn out to be Roy of the Rovers too.but the reality is he has seemingly had a decent season in Belgium and yet neither have we have had offers..or has he become a fixture in a very average national team...

I take your point but most of the above could have been said about Zohore 12 months ago.
Worth a look at in friendliest I reckon.

Appreciate the optimism and I def hope he's given a fair crack at the whip this summer. But your talking about his 'form' when he first came like he played a few games? He literally touched the ball a handful of times.

I'm with you on this. I hope he sets the league alight, but won't be holding my breath. Seen this sort of thing so many times before, fans getting excited because people like Owen Doyle or Rickie Lambert or Cornelius come to the club. I will wait and see what happens as it's in the back of my mind that he could'nt have impressed too much up to now otherwise he would have played more than a few minutes for the club. He looked impressive in Belgium, but I expect Doyle would have looked ok at that level as well. Keeping my fingers crossed for him.

That's right, Warnock is guna have his first chance to see him up close and personal and if he wants to keep him and play him then he will. The Zohore situation proves our manager has control over who stays and who goes (finally) so we just need to trust warnock!

There is a world of difference between ‘pinning one’s hopes’ and hoping. I hope to win the lottery but I am not pinning my hopes on it.
Don’t we all sometimes just get a gut feeling the a player will turn out to be a good one – exactly what Warnock said he feels about Mendez-Laing. I have that feeling about Saadi and I did too about Zohore. Mind you, I was convinced that Tony Villars was going to be world class!
Surely we all hope that Saadi will turn out to be the answer, even if we have not seen a lot of him yet– and there is nothing wrong with a bit of optimism.

i hope we have a good season..i hope we unearth some diamonds. and i hope saadi if wanted does really well.
its just the saadi thing on the strength of his achievements is totally OTT.
Zohore btw had been on trial at Chelsea and Inter. had moved for decent money to Fiorentina. and had played 10 champions league games plus is younger..was always a player with great potential...so no you couldnt say the same for Saardi..
im sure if the clubs stats boys monitored this site he would be the most talked about player ..mental/
