" He is walking free! Who is next??? "

IMG_6210.PNG
From facebook.

Just an update on what happened to my daughter last year..
CPS dropped the case through 'lack of evidence'
Unbelievable that that little shit can do this to a young woman and get away with it and walk the streets .!!!
The system sucks.

I was a witness and split it up , yet as her mother I'm unreliable??? she is appealing this .
I REALLY hope karma comes around to you one day boy !

This kid has a terrible reputation, that's getting worse as he's getting away with this . Alicia is still afraid to come to Penarth and it's affected her badly. It's frustrating.

Thanks for sharing . Agreed . Nothing gives anyone the right to repeatedly punch someone in the face, and not even get a slap on the wrist ?? And as her mother I had to witness it!
The police didn't even phone her to tell her the case was dropped ! She was waiting for months for news . Just shit .

It's so frustrating! Alicia is just trying to forget it but how can she ? She hardly comes to Penarth now , it's really affected her. I tell her not to feel bitter as it will eat her up inside . But to know that he's walking Penarth and is still causing trouble is maddening!

I don't know how he's got away with it everyone in penarth knows what he's like except his dad even the police no what he's like so why they haven't done anything I really don't know.

Young mother left covered in blood after horrific unprovoked assault outside a fish and chip shop
Warning: This story contains very graphic pictures of serious injuries

Alicia Forcey was the victim of a horrific unprovoked assault moments after leaving a friend's wedding reception

A young mum suffered a fractured eye socket when a yob punched her in the face in an unprovoked assault moments after leaving a friend’s wedding reception.
Alicia Forcey, 21, was attacked when she headed to Penarth Fish Bar on Cornerswell Road for a late-night takeaway with a male friend.

As she waited for her food, a group of four young lads began chest-bumping her and taunting her to “come on then” before launching an attack on her friend.
As the fight made its way outside, Alicia tried to break it up but was attacked by two girls and then repeatedly punched in the face by one of the youths.
'I didn't even have time to react'
Alicia, a stay at home mum, was covered in blood after her nose “exploded” and has been left with a fractured eye socket and suspected broken nose.
Alicia, from Barry , said: “I got punched a few times in the face out of nowhere, completely unprovoked and I didn’t even have time to react before they all ran off.
“I was covered in blood and at the time I think as my adrenaline was going, I didn’t really feel any pain

“But now it’s a few days on the realisation of it all is kicking in and the pain is getting worse.”
Alicia said her male friend, who does not want to be named, had told the yobs they weren’t after trouble but they jumped him and repeatedly punched him first.

One of the males then walked up to Alicia as the girls were pulling her hair and punched her multiple times in the face, causing blood to stream down.
Alicia said: “I don’t even know how it all happened, the first thing I knew was that my hair was getting pulled.
“This girl started on me and I really wasn’t expecting it, I wasn’t ready for any of it, I was just so jolly and then that happened.”

'I just heard all of this screaming'
Alicia’s mother, Leona Tudor-Maisey, 40, had parked nearby waiting to give the pair a lift home and jumped in to break up the assault.
The shop assistant said: “I was waiting parked up outside and then the next thing I just heard all of this screaming, it was horrible.

“I turned around and saw this girl grabbing my daughter’s hair so I rushed over to break it up but then this young lad came out of nowhere and smashed her in the face.
“Her nose just exploded, there was blood everywhere, but then they all ran off. It was so fast that it was all over in about two minutes. It was horrific to see.

“Alicia had been in a lovely mood, she’d had a lovely day.”
Alicia, mum to two-year-old Zac, said her little boy was scared of her after seeing the state of her badly swollen and bruised face.

Police appeal for witnesses
She went to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff shortly after the attack as Alicia suffers from epilepsy and her mum was worried she might have a seizure.

They spent five hours at hospital and thankfully she hasn’t had a seizure yet but she needs to get further x-rays once the swelling has gone down.
Alicia said she rarely dresses up or goes for nights out but had even posted one-off selfies of herself on Facebook before the wedding reception looking glam.

Pictures which showed the horrific injuries she suffered were later uploaded on Facebook by mum Leona to show people how shocking the random incident was.
South Wales Police confirmed they are investigating the incident and no arrests have currently been made.

They are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information should call 101 quoting reference number 298405.

The authorities continually fail to protect the public it is mean't to serve.

I have my own experiences that I can relate to this girls horrors. It will never go away while justice goes by the side. Even in the unique situation where justice is served the nightmare can take a long time to see closure.

Getting to the root of why people do these sort of things is perhaps where the solution lies. The justice system or lack of it is not happening. My experience points me to a drug problem. I have had an issue on here where my advocate I found out was on drugs. Lately I've had a family issue where the problem comes from a bunch of teenagers on drugs. So my thinking at the moment is to remove the drugs. How is another subject but my thinking at the moment is to make them legal and prescribed. I never thought I would think that way but what we have at the moment is simply not working.

This is truly horrific and insane. I hadn't learnt of this previously and I am so sorry what happened to your daughter. I do hope she makes a full recovery but I can understand that emotionally this will take a long time. This thug and his cronies should have been locked up for a long long time and the keys should have been thrown away.

Have you thought about starting a petition in order that people can express their disgust at the judicial outcome? I for one would certainly sign it.

For years I have supported the legalisation of drugs. The war against them was lost years ago so to solve the problem society needs to try something completely different. Legalisation would at a stroke wipe out the black economy of dealing and some drugs could have a VAT surcharge with the money going towards addiction programmes aimed at getting users off drugs.

Continuing with the status quo will get us nowhere and simply make some very low life very rich instead.

Sorry for what happened to your daughter it is truly sickening that a man could do that to a woman which if nothing else proves he is a complete coward.

I don't know any facts about what happened but because of the way the law is worded i.e. "beyond reasonable doubt" then sometimes the evidence available falls short of the threshold. This can be for many reasons, under interview the assailant and anyone with him could have made 'no comment' to any questions asked. There might not have been any CCTV, or there was a claim of 'self defence'. All might be utter bollox but the assailants solicitor only has to put a slight aspect of 'doubt' for the CPS to drop the case.

Let's just hope one day soon he faces natural justice by getting run over by a bus whilst crossing the road. :occasion5:

I'm sure he'll come a cropper soon, he'll pick on the wrong un' someday & get filled in or maybe a friend or family member might take matters into their own hands & dish out some retribution out on the scumbag who did it as the police don't seem to want to put these thugs away.

If it was my daughter that had a beating like that I know he wouldn't be walking the streets as I'd do time for the cvnt. Thats the only language these thugs understand.

That is the situation I find myself in now.

I'm not going to go into detail about my family issue but I got the police involved. From the moment they came around until the end I got the feeling they knew the proper justice would not happen. The outcome was a bit of justice but no where near the same.

I've done my home work and if I can get away with it...................

Too right mate!

My sister knows his name, she is my neice. The post on facebook has had 68 shares and he is well known. I think a few people will be on the lookout for him. I just wanted to make people aware of what a joke the British legal system is!

79 shares now and more by the hour! Talk of a petition which I will look at setting up if nobody already has, I am sure it will be heavily backed! Lots of people outraged by this and it is plain to see on facebook! My sister just commented.

It didn't even get to court. The cps dropped the case . Even tho I was a witness and there was cctv footage . They didn't even have the decency to inform my daughter the case was dropped !

Have you thought of making a compliant to the IPCC? I know they are not much better and you can't directly complain about operational decisions. But what you could do is complain about the way the Police handled the case by being insensitive in not informing you the CPS had dropped the case and not explaining why.

Even though the IPCC/DPS are as biased as f**k the individual officers don't like black marks being recorded against them. By complaining you could at least get the Police to review the evidence and if witness statements and CCTV exist then they need a dam good reason not to proceed and should explain why there is apparently not enough evidence.

Its not just drugs to blame, it takes a certain type of person to do these things drugs or not. Alcohol is related to 75% of violent incidents in the UK, is the issue alcohol or the people? Its a debatable topic.

Like a 17/18 year old isn't capable of this? Kids that age are some of the worst for these kinds of attacks. Pathetic little chav. Hell have what's coming to him for sure.

If somebody did that to one of my sisters my mother would have done him with a hammer or a carving knife before any of the family had a chance to do him. He wouldn't have walked out of there
