What has he done to justify this.
Nothing.
If you want to throw an unproven kid in we've got one of our own coming through.
Otherwise aim a bit higher.
Plenty of options at the bigger prem clubs, or go out and get a permanent one.
It's a non starter , neither club would be interested.
If you want a Jack then Emnes is available on a free and from what I saw of him at Blackburn when we played up there last year he'd be worth a gamble if his wage demands were reasonable

By Adam Simeoni
Cardiff City’s midfield will not look the same next year, with long serving maestro Peter Whittingham having left the club for League One Blackburn, after being told by boss Neil Warnock his contract with the Bluebirds would not be renewed.
Fans will be disappointed to see the back of the creative midfielder, who has been Cardiff’s most consistent player for an astonishing ten years.
Warnock will need to replace the influential player in the coming weeks, and will scour the game for his next man in the middle.
A short term option may be the best route for the former QPR boss to take if he does not find the correct player to make a permanent switch to south Wales, and a loan move for an up and coming Premier League youngster could be the most suitable option.
Whether they can convince their fierce rivals to allow their player to spend a year with their neighbours remains to be seen, but Cardiff should attempt to secure the services of Swansea’s Matt Grimes.
The former Exeter youngster joined the Swans in 2015, but chances have been limited, and he spent last season on loan with Leeds United.
It was a miserable spell in Yorkshire however, and Grimes only made 7 appearances for the Whites.
Cardiff need midfield reinforcements, and could promise their rivals that Grimes will receive the game time that he so desperately needs to develop into the star Swansea had hoped for when he joined from the Grecians.
Grimes is still very young at the age of 21, but his next move could have a major influence on his Swansea future.
