something is due to be paid on Aug 11th , so Im guessing then ?

Aug 11th is the court date issued by the HMRC over a winding up order, payments can be made before this date to satisfy the HMRC but the court date will still be schelduled but just as a formality.

The embargo can be lifted once Charlton and Motherwell receive their dues or an agreement can be reached with both parties over payments.

So in theory it is still possible for us to get some new signings in before the first league game, and at the moment i am pretty confident this will be the case.

the money for Kennedy aint going to go very far though is it , unless Forest cough up the full amount for Whitts then I cant see CCFC getting anybody new by nxt weekend ? Not being negative btw just realistic coz I only comment on what I see infront of me

So, on our recent track record of paying clubs what we owe them, I don't think Charlton and Motherwell will take anything other than payment in full, do you?

I see it going nowhere, tbh. I think loanees are our only viable option at the moment
